Message	Usually less, but there might be some equipment that takes them higher... The balancer I use is an almost new Sunnen Crank balancer ($$$, it isn't mine, it's my school's) and it spun it to about 800 rpm once it was happy with the balance. It only spun it to about 400 before I drilled it.
